Broccoli and Cheese Pizza

Naan pizza have got to be the easiest meal to compile. Especially when they can be made individually to fit everyone’s preference. I make many variations of naan pizza, but this is one I wanted to share-for now.
It is easy to put together and a kid favorite! Oh, who am I kidding… It’s any cheese lover’s favorite! I use condensed soup often when I cook ranging from a little to a lot. With this particular recipe I used Broccoli Cheddar Soup as a sauce and then added some toppings. You can add any variation of condensed soup that you like.

History
When we go to a make it your way pizza place, my daughters always get broccoli added on to their pizza. Ever since I can remember they have been complete broccoli addicts. Which is where the birth of broccoli and cheese pizza came to be in our home. Adding super small chunked broccoli on a pizza gives it a perfect roasted flavor. One that can be enjoyed by all ages.
Four ingredients is all you need for this recipe to come together, but you are more than welcome to add anything extra. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as my kids do!

You can most definitely use any form of condensed soup you like (cream of mushroom, cream of celery, etc) and toppings. Just the thought of using condensed soup as a base makes a pizza easier to make. Think about the various different combos of pizza you can make. This is a recipe I have wanted to share for a long while, but kept holding myself back thinking others wouldn’t find the hack helpful. However, all of us need a hack like this in life, no?
Roasted Vegetables
I can’t tell you how much I love roasted vegetables! In particular cruciferous vegetables. They tend to roast beautifully. With that said, I am definitely on the same page as my kids when it comes to broccoli on top of a pizza. The crunchy goodness seems to pair well with a soft dough. Tell me what you think! Step-by-Step Instructions
Broccoli and Cheese Pizza Recipe

A quick broccoli and cheese naan pizza that is a great addition to any busy day!
- 8 count small sized naan
- 10 oz condensed soup of choice
- 1-2 cups cheddar cheese (quantity depends on preference)
- 1 cup finely chopped broccoli florets

Heat an oven to 400 degrees.

Lay a thin layer of broccoli and cheese soup on the naan.

Top with cheddar cheese and some broccoli.

Bake for about 6 minutes.

Slice and enjoy!
