    DINNER ROLL SANDWICHES

    (CROWD PLEASER)

    the curry mommy

My family's addiction to dinner rolls is pretty insane. With that in mind, I make these for get togethers, picnics, school lunches, meetings, almost EVERY SINGLE EVENT/THING I CAN THINK OF. They take a very little effort, enjoyed by almost every single person I know, and are super delish!

It's a sandwich between the most delicious bread ever, right? How can you say no to that. I mean, if you don't love dinner rolls then what planet are you from, really... If you follow me on Instagram, then you know how serious my kids are about their dinner rolls. THE ADDICTION IS SERIOUS. So it would be unjust for me not to share my toddler's favorite lunch sandwich with you-haha. Hope you all enjoy this recipe!

INGREDIENTS: A package of dinner rolls and your favorite sandwich ingredients!

METHOD: Slice the package of dinner rolls in half with a top and bottom half. Spread your favorite dressings. For this demonstration I did mayo only, but you can add mustard, chutney, achar, ranch, aoli, etc. The options are endless.

Next layer your ingredients. For this demonstration I did half turkey and half ham, but you can add whatever you choose. If you choose to do vegetarian sandwiches I highly recommend slicing each vegetable super thin; tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and spinach work really well. Once the ingredients have been added, place the top half of the bread back onto the sandwich. THEN slice the sandwich into the original squares.

These transport really well. You can put them on a platter and wrap with plastic wrap, or place in a container with an air-tight lid. Once air gets to these sandwiches the bread tends to harden.

    ENJOY!

    HAPPY EATING, FOLKS!
