White Tahini Sauce
My family's version of tzatziki sauce which includes veggies, yogurt, spices and tahini.

Ingredients

persian cumber, half skinned and chopped into small pieces

small chopped bell peppers (colors of choice)

onion, chopped finely

tahini (or grind your own sesame seeds)

cloves
fresh garlic, grated/blened
I highly recommend fresh garlic

bunch
cilantro, chopped finely

tbsp
chili paste, sambal oelek or grind your own

greek yogurt
½
cup
sour cream

teaspoon
lemon juice

teaspoon
paprika
salt
red chili powder (optional for spice)
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients together and mix.
Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
Can be refrigerated up to 3 days, but I do not recommend anything more than that.
